SEATTLE — A 62-year-old Kansas man is accused of shooting at three Seattle police officers in Ballard on Thursday night, according to the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
The call originated when his 18-year-old ex-wife said he was following her, documents state.
Christopher Michael Bowman is charged with first- and second-degree assault. He remains hospitalized in critical condition after officers returned gunfire and shot him on Feb. 12. His bail was set at $3 million.
