Fire crews arrived on scene and alerted police after they found the body.
ISSAQUAH, Wash. — Issaquah police are investigating a homicide Tuesday after a body was found following a fire at an apartment complex.
Firefighters were dispatched to a fire at an apartment complex near Shangri-La Way Northwest and Cobblestone Drive Northwest in the Talus neighborhood at 7:48 a.m.
When crews arrived, they found one person who was dead, and they alerted police. The Issaquah Police Department is investigating the incident as a homicide.
One person was detained as part of the investigation.
