SEATTLE — Western Washington faces an increased risk of falling trees as damaging winds are expected to arrive in the region on Tuesday evening.
This comes as the region is already dealing with devastating floods that have prompted evacuations and closed roads.
The National Weather Service has issued a High Wind Warning, which will go into effect at 4 p.m. Tuesday and last into Wednesday morning.
