VANCOUVER, Wash. — One of the West Coast’s most famous fast-food chains appears to have initiated plans for a second Washington state location.

In-N-Out Burger has submitted a pre-application with the City of Vancouver for a location on Southeast 3rd Way, according to the Clark County website. The preliminary information request appears to have been received by Clark County on April 15.

The site, at 13511 SE 3rd Way, was formerly home to a Rite Aid that included a drive-through pharmacy.
