Federal Way police said they have yet to identify or arrest a suspect, but they believe it was a targeted shooting.
FEDERAL WAY, Wash. — The 2-year-old child who was shot and killed in Federal Way last week has been identified by the King County Medical Examiner’s Office.
SynSyr Lewis was shot in the head on April 4 in the parking lot of an IHOP location off Southwest Campus Drive.
Police said “preliminary investigations” suggest the child’s father and another person were shooting at each other in the parking lot and that this was not a random occurrence.
