NORTH BEND, Wash. — Interstate 90 is open in both directions through Snoqualmie Pass following a 24-hour closure caused by significant snowfall and challenging driving conditions.
Officials reported that approximately 22 inches of fresh snow fell overnight, contributing to multiple spinouts and unsafe travel conditions. Crews worked throughout the night to clear the highway, using plows to remove the heavy accumulation and restore access.
