An Enumclaw family faces renewed heartache after their late daughter’s cherished horse, Ruben, was stolen from his stable overnight.
ENUMCLAW, Wash. — An Enumclaw family already mourning the loss of their daughter is facing a new heartbreak after her beloved horse was stolen from their barn early Thursday morning.
The King County Sheriff’s Office is now investigating the theft, which family members say has reopened fresh wounds following the death of 42-year-old Stephanie (Hodge) Burns in November after a battle with breast cancer.
