KITSAP COUNTY, Wash. — Hundreds of military families spent Veterans Day in a Walmart parking lot in Bremerton, but they weren’t shopping. They were receiving Thanksgiving meal kits and grocery gift cards through Operation Homefront’s Holiday Meals for Military program.
