SEATTLE — One of Seattle’s oldest buildings, the historic Louisa Hotel in the Chinatown-International District, could soon be up for sale as the family that has owned it for decades weighs difficult financial realities.
The Woo family, which has owned the three-story building at South King Street and Seventh Avenue South for more than 60 of its 116 years, says rising costs and high vacancy rates are making it hard to keep the property.
