The city of Milton issued thousands of tickets generating over $805,000 in the first six months.
MILTON, Wash. — The city of Milton has generated hundreds of thousands of dollars in fines six months after implementing traffic enforcement cameras.
The program generated $803,582.50 on 14,909 issued infractions, according to data released Monday.
The fines are connected to three cameras along Milton Way that target speeding near Surprise Lake Middle School and Milton Community Park, as well as drivers who run a red light at the intersection of Milton Way and 28th Avenue.
