LANDOVER, Md. — The Seattle Seahawks looked like the better team from start to finish in the 38-14 win over the Commanders on Sunday Night Football.

Here are three takeaways from the win:

Sam Darnold’s perfect half

Seahawks starting quarterback Sam Darnold did whatever he wanted in the first half.  The only thing that stopped Darnold was time and head coach Mike Macdonald’s decision to not utilize a timeout and let the clock go to :03 when replay ruled that Jaxon Smith-Njigba did not go out of bounds.
