SEATTLE — Gov. Bob Ferguson’s office denied a pardon request from a Vietnamese man who was deported to Africa shortly after his release from a Washington prison.
Tuan Phan, a Vietnamese migrant, sought a pardon from the governor after he was deported to Africa, where he has no prior connection, KING 5 previously reported.
