SEATTLE — In a rare security breach, a handcuffed fugitive evaded capture and has remained at large for four days after escaping from a prisoner transport service.

Sedric Stevenson slipped away from contracted agents on Sunday morning when he was supposed to be transported from Seattle back to Warren County, Kentucky, according to authorities. Surveillance footage shows the escape occurred at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport check-in counter during what was supposed to be a routine prisoner transfer.
