SEQUIM, Wash. — Ty Coone’s friends and family are just beginning to process the loss of the 21-year-old fisherman, who went missing earlier this week near the Dungeness Spit.
They describe him as a kind, creative soul who lived life to its fullest and was unabashedly himself.
“Ty was a light,” said his mother, Michele Scott Duncan. “Anybody and everybody who knew Ty knew that he loved fiercely. Anybody who was in his presence – they felt his love.”
