Former student sues Seattle school for antisemitism amid Gaza tensions

The lawsuit outlines harassment, including a student spitting on her, death threats, and antisemitic remarks such as “Hitler’s plan should have worked.”

SEATTLE — A former Nathan Hale High School student said she was a freshman when her classmates began accusing her of supporting genocide in Gaza.

“I felt scared and personally attacked,” said the student, now 15 years old. “I lost a lot of friends.”

She asked to remain anonymous, fearing unwanted attention at her new school.
