Former Leota Middle School teacher John Butz, arrested in a sting operation, pleaded guilty to one count of attempted molestation of a child in the second degree.
REDMOND, Wash. — The former Northshore School District teacher arrested in a sting operation in Dec. 2024 pleaded guilty in court and will be sentenced on Friday.
John Erwin Butz, 61, pleaded guilty to one count of attempted molestation of a child in the second degree on Dec. 15, 2025.
