AMMON, Idaho — An eastern Idaho man is suing a Chick-fil-A franchise owner, claiming he was racially harassed and discriminated against while working at a restaurant outside Idaho Falls.
Thomas Wade, who is Black, filed a federal lawsuit in March against franchise owner Lauren Mosteller, alleging that coworkers and supervisors subjected him to racial harassment during his employment at the Ammon location.
