WASHINGTON — Seattle is now a step closer to knowing which teams will be coming to the city to compete during next year’s FIFA World Cup.
The draw for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, being hosted collectively by the United States, Mexico and Canada, took place Friday morning in Washington D.C. One Seattle match that is reportedly set is the U.S. Men’s National Team will face Australia on Friday, June 19.
