TACOMA, Wash. — Point Defiance Zoo announced Monday that one of its polar bears, Astra, will be moving to a new zoo in October.
Astra and her sister, Laerke, arrived at Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) in 2023 as 2-year-old cubs.
