SEATTLE — All lanes of Interstate 90 eastbound are blocked in Seattle after a large motorhome fire broke out in the Mt. Baker tunnel Monday afternoon.
The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) says all eastbound lanes are blocked after a collision and subsequent vehicle fire.
WSDOT says crews are on scene but it “might take a while to clear” and there is no estimated time for reopening the roadway.
Cameras inside the tunnel showed a large fire and smoke billowing throughout the tunnel.
Washington State Patrol says the collision involved a motorhome and a car. No injuries have been reported as of yet, WSP
