Driver accused in high-speed Eastside pursuit pleads not guilty

Brandon Wilburn is accused of leading police on a high-speed chase from Bellevue to North Bend on I-90.

KING COUNTY, Wash. — The man accused of ramming several police cars and leading police on a high-speed pursuit across the east side of King County in early April pleaded not guilty on Monday, April 22.

Brandon Wilburn, 32, is charged with multiple counts of assault and malicious mischief as well as attempting to elude a police vehicle and possession of a stolen vehicle. He’s a 10-time convicted felon.

Wilburn remains in King County jail on $500,000 bail. His next court date is May 8. A
