OLALLA, Wash. — Contractors renovating a home in Kitsap County made a startling discovery Monday when they found a case containing 10 grenades and other explosive devices in the property’s crawl space.
“He was like, ‘We found grenades,’ and I was like, ‘What? No.’ And they said, ‘Yeah, there’s a case of grenades,’” said Luis Mongollan, a general contractor whose team was working on the home.
