SEATTLE — Clothes will now be required in parts of Denny Blaine Park in response to a lawsuit against the City of Seattle over public nudity.
Denny Blaine is a well-known nude beach and LGBTQ+ community hub.
However, earlier this summer, a neighborhood group, Denny Blaine Park for All, filed a lawsuit claiming that the city was failing to respond to criminal activity and public acts of indecency. A judge gave the city two weeks to figure out a plan.
