Clipper ferry service between Seattle and Victoria, BC to resume in September

Clipper ferry service between Seattle and Victoria, B.C. will resume on Sept. 17 for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic started.

FRS Clipper announced Tuesday that it plans to operate a four-day schedule over weekends and also add extra sailing around the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday seasons. Bookings for the resumed service will begin on Sept. 6. Masks are still required on the vessels per the state’s new indoor mask mandate, but can only be removed when guests are eating, drinking or outside on the viewing deck.
