Judge orders Seattle to address nudity and sexual acts at Denny Blaine Park within two weeks amid ongoing lawsuit.
The City of Seattle has two weeks to submit a plan of abatement to address nudity and “other sexual acts” at Denny Blaine Park while an ongoing lawsuit continues through the court system.
In his ruling on a preliminary injunction, Judge Samuel Chung found public nudity at the park to constitute a “public nuisance.” The judge denied a request submitted by plaintiffs to temporarily close the park.
