During its first 50 years, thousands of puppies have been raised, trained and matched by Canine Companions, free of charge, to kids and adults who need them.
SEATTLE — Now entering her 20th year of volunteering for Canine Companions, Nati Riggs said there are many ways to help the non-profit.
Riggs, of Monroe, shared that one of the most special ways to help is to raise a puppy that will become an official service dog and be matched with someone in need.
