Thanks to a free program, people between 17 and 25 can learn how to run their own music festival or produce their own concert.
The annual Bumbershoot Arts and Music Festival will take over Seattle Center the weekend of Aug. 30 and 31.
The lineup of performers includes Weezer, Aurora, Digable Planets, Janelle Monáe, and more.
The huge festival is promising to feature more than 100 artists over the course of 48 hours.
Bumbershoot is described as a “vibrant collision of music, creativity, and culture.”
