Dodgeball players found their cars smashed into when they headed home.
SEATTLE — A dozen Seattle dodgeball players are facing thousands of dollars in repairs after finding their car windows smashed outside Garfield Community Center on Sunday night.
Members of Dodgeball Seattle said they wrapped up their weekly social-league games and walked outside to discover 14 windows blown out among 12 cars. Organizer Megan Banford said her own repair cost just over $300, and the group estimated total damage at about $3,700.
“It really put a damper on things. We were just out here trying to play dodgeball together,” Banford said.
