ARLINGTON, Wash. — Parents at Arlington High School are voicing concerns after learning a student arrested for bringing a loaded handgun to campus could return to class when school resumes Sept. 3.
The 14-year-old boy was charged with a felony in February 2024 after classmates reported he brought a handgun with a round in the chamber and the safety off, along with a second loaded magazine. He was removed from school following the incident.
