SEATTLE — A 36-year-old man was arrested by Seattle police on April 1 after allegedly attempting to flee from officers and nearly flipping a car he is accused of stealing.
Officers first responded to an address on 11th Avenue East in the Portage Bay neighborhood just before 7 p.m. after a woman reported her Honda CR-V was stolen from the driveway, according to the Seattle Police Department (SPD). SPD released body camera video of the arrest, which includes the suspect resisting before eventually being tased.
