Bikini barista chain sued over alleged sexual harassment, wage theft

The state alleges Paradise Espresso owner, based in King and Snohomish counties demanded sexual acts from workers and withheld tips and pay.

LYNNWOOD, Wash — The owner of a bikini barista coffee chain in King and Snohomish counties is facing a lawsuit that accuses him of years of sexual harassment, retaliation and wage theft.

Washington Attorney General Nick Brown filed the complaint in King County Superior Court against Jonathan Tagle and his company, Tagle Investments LLC, which operates Paradise Espresso stands in Tukwila, Monroe, Lynnwood and Mountlake Terrace.
