KIRKLAND, Wash. — The Bellevue Police Department has arrested two suspects believed to be connected to a large-scale crime organization accused of targeting older community members across the region.
Police said detectives took both individuals into custody on April 8, following a coordinated investigation.
According to authorities, detectives responded to a suspicious incident in the 31400 block of 23rd Avenue South in Federal Way. There, investigators observed the suspects using a white Honda Accord while allegedly targeting residents at a senior living center. Police say
