AUBURN, Wash. — An 18-year-old man from Auburn is accused of firing a gun nearly 30 times at a crowded park last year, shooting and injuring two people.
Guillermo Sanchez-Romero is charged with two counts of first-degree assault, drive-by shooting and second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, according to the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
His arraignment is set for Aug. 7. He remains in custody on $1 million bail.
The shooting took place at Auburn’s Isaac Evans Park on May 19,
