A suspect has been arrested after an abandoned dog, named Binny, was found tied up in a suitcase in an Everett dumpster.
EVERETT, Wash. — One person has been arrested in connection to a dog found tied up inside a suitcase and left in a dumpster in Everett last month, according to the Everett Police Department.
The dog, named Binny after she was rescued, was found in November behind a restaurant on Evergreen Way when police received reports of an abandoned animal.
Binny was found with a rope around her neck and zipped into a suitcase inside a dumpster, police said. She was also malnourished.
