Seattle police say a man is in custody after making threats to shoot people near Green Lake on Wednesday night.
SEATTLE — Police responded to reports of a man threatening to shoot people near Seattle’s Green Lake on Wednesday night.
Seattle Police Department Public Information Office Brian Pritchard said a man stopped his vehicle near the 7000 block of Lake City Way Northeast and drew a gun.
Pritchard said the man was threatening to shoot people, then returned to his car.
Negotiators responded to the scene and police eventually took him into custody.
