The restaurant Anthony’s says it is buying Tides Tavern because it is a landmark and gathering place in Gig Harbor.
GIG HARBOR, Wash. — Tides Tavern, a landmark waterfront restaurant in Gig Harbor, is entering a new chapter after more than 50 years in the same family.
The popular tavern announced it is becoming part of Anthony’s Restaurants, a family-owned Northwest seafood company with locations across Washington, Oregon and Idaho. The sale is expected to close in the coming weeks.
