WENATCHEE, Wash. — Grief and outrage continue to build in Central Washington following the deaths of three young sisters, as local leaders and state lawmakers call for a review of Washington’s Amber Alert protocols and the state’s support systems for veterans.

Dozens gathered outside Wenatchee City Hall this week, tying white ribbons to trees in memory of Paityn, Evelyn, and Olivia Decker. The three girls were found dead earlier this month, allegedly at the hands of their father, Travis Decker, who had limited custodial rights
