Two men were charged in connection to a deadly shooting in Seattle’s Chinatown-International District last September, following a months-long investigation.
SEATTLE — Prosecutors have charged two men who are accused of shooting and killing another man during a robbery in Seattle’s Chinatown-International District in September.
Kaleb M. Smith, 19, and Sid R. Spaeth, 18, pleaded not guilty Monday. They are each charged with first-degree murder. Smith is also charged with first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, and Spaeth is charged with second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm.
Spaeth turned 18 two weeks after the shooting and has been charged as an adult.
