RENTON, Wash — Renton police are looking for at least one suspect who is responsible for damaging 15 cars at an apartment complex early Wednesday morning.
Police said they believe the vandalism occurred between 3:00 and 3:15 a.m. Officers responded after several victims found the damage around 6:30 a.m. Upon a search of the complex, police noticed the additional vehicles that had been hit.
Gena Altheimer recorded a video diary of the damage she woke up to Wednesday morning.
“They went through the car, my glove box,” Altheimer said. “They took out the registration and threw everything on the seats.”
