CENTRALIA, Wash. — A 13-year-old struck by a vehicle Friday night has died from his injuries, according to the Centralia Police Department.
Centralia police said witnesses reported the juvenile was on his skateboard in the roadway in the 700 block of Harrison Avenue when he was struck by a vehicle around 11 p.m.
Responding officers reported the 13-year-old was unresponsive and Riverside Fire Authority and AMR began life-saving measures. The victim was transported to the hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased.
