A driver, who police say is suspected to have been impaired, crashed into a vehicle, fled the scene and then caused a second crash.
RENTON, Wash. — A suspected impaired driver caused two crashes in Renton on Sunday evening, leaving one person in critical condition.
The suspect driver first crashed into another driver at 140th Way Southeast and Maple Valley Highway just after 6 p.m., according to the Renton Police Department.
Fleeing the scene, the suspected impaired driver then crashed head-on into another driver at 154th Place Southeast and Maple Valley Highway.
The victim in the second crash is in critical condition,
