1 injured, 3 in custody after reports of a weapon at Highline High School

No shots were fired, according to the King County Sheriff’s Office. Officials said one student suffered minor injuries.

BURIEN, Wash. — A lockdown at Highline High School has been lifted and three individuals are in custody Monday afternoon following reports of a person with a weapon at the school. 

Deputies responded to the school just before 1 p.m. after students were reportedly threated by multiple individuals in the school parking lot. 

One student suffered minor injuries and multiple suspects were involved, according to the King County Sheriff’s Office. No shots were fired and three individuals were in custody, KCSO said.
