Brisbane’s Red Empire Prods. and Taipei- and Los Angeles-based Organic Media Group have unveiled their first animated vertical series, “Home Away AI.i.Ce,” at Hong Kong FilMart.
Created and written by Cherelynn Baker and directed by Amie Casey, the 12-part sci-fi microseries uses a hybrid approach that combines AI tools and animation to tell the story of Al.i.Ce, a part-girl and part-machine character that’s been left in space following her father’s death.
