In the other top award announced Thursday by the Nordic Film Market, “Chentian,” the second directorial feature of Suha Arraf, the writer of Eran Ricklis’ “The Syrian Bride,” a Locarno Audience Award winner, walked off with the Tint Post-Production Award.
