Sikhya Entertainment has set its first collaboration with acclaimed director Karthik Subbaraj, with the feature launching production Monday in Madurai, southern India.
The Tamil-language film unites the banner led by Oscar winner Guneet Monga Kapoor and Achin Jain with the filmmaker behind “Pizza,” “Jigarthanda,” “Petta,” “Iraivi,” “Mercury,” “Jagame Thanthiram,” “Mahaan,” “Jigarthanda DoubleX” and “Retro.” Filming kicked off with a ceremonial blessing.
