“NCIS: Origins” has set Shea Buckner to play young Dwayne Pride, the role that was originated by Scott Bakula in “NCIS” before kicking off the spinoff series “NCIS: New Orleans,” which he starred in for seven seasons from 2014 to 2021.
Buckner will appear in the role in one upcoming episode of the currently running second season of the “NCIS” prequel series.
