Roh Films Germany is returning to India for its first local production since “The Lunchbox” (2013), partnering with First Ray Films India on noir thriller “But First, The Burning.”
The film will be directed by Indian filmmaker Devashish Makhija and star Anshuman Jha. France’s En Compagnie des Lamas (“Manto”), led by Sandrine Brauer, is confirmed to join as French producer. Details will be finalised at the Berlin European Film Market.
