J. Cole Reveals Release Date for New Album on 14th Anniversary of Mixtape Debut

J. Cole has announced the release of his highly-anticipated sixth studio album “The Off-Season,” set to drop on May 14.

“Is this thing on,” the rapper wrote on Twitter, teasing fans with the possibilities of what he would say next. Moments later, he confirmed the news: a new album was coming.

“Just know this was years in the making,” he Tweeted.
