There are a lot of memorable characters in the HBO reality series “Neighbors,” a wonderfully absurd, bleak and hilarious encapsulation of America seen through the eyes of people at war with those living next door.
And then there’s 72-year-old Danny Smiechowski, who arrives in the Season 1 finale wearing nothing but a yellow thong bikini, bringing the show to new, unforgettable heights.
