With “American Dad!” returning to Fox — and broadcast television — the show’s producers admit they’re going to have to adjust to those broadcast standards. “The only thing that we’re gonna have to get used to is no longer being able to say ‘shit’ and ‘God damn it,’” executive producer Matt Weitzman told the audience at the show’s San Diego Comic-Con panel on Saturday. “But you know what? We don’t have to find creative ways to be entertained.”
